SHRINK TUBING

 

Shrink Tubing is a great item for wire management, protection, and terminal insulation.  All of our Shrink Tubing is ROHS compliant, Ultraviolet (UV) and weather resistant, and meets Mil Spec.  Our standard stock colors are Red and Black, other colors can be requested upon special order. Please see below for the different styles of Shrink Tubing.

IWT-221

This type of Shrink Tubing is the most widely used. It is our general purpose Shrink Tubing, its is irradiated flexible and flame-retardant polyolefin.

Used for harnesses, wire bundling, wire marking and insulation of wire and terminals. Operating Temps -55'C to 136'C. Shrinking ratio is 2:1 at 121'C.

IWT-700

This type of Shrink Tubing is a heavy wall adhesive lined and flame-retardant polyolefin moisture resistant. Used for harnesses, wire bundling, cable repair, and insulation of wire and terminals. Operating Temps -40'C to 135'C. Shrinking ratio is 3:1 at 132'C. Can be used for direct burial. 1000V rated.

IWT-750

This type of Shrink Tubing is a adhesive lined irradiated flexible and flame-retardant polyolefin that is moisture resistant. Used for harnesses, wire bundling, water protection, and insulation of wire and terminals. After heating the adhesive glue makes a waterproof seal. Operating Temps -55'C to 110'C. Shrinking ratio is 2:1 at 121'C.
